About the project
In partnership with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the Greater London Authority, we’re regenerating Blackwall Reach in Tower Hamlets to deliver more than 1,500 new homes, of which around half will be affordable social rent and shared ownership.
The phased scheme also includes new community facilities, commercial units and improved access to Blackwall DLR and local amenities.
To date, more than 600 homes have been developed, of which 214 were allocated for social rent. The project has provided a replacement mosque and generated funding to redevelop and expand the local Woolmore Primary School. Millennium Green has also been retained and revitalised to provide a landscaped park for all to enjoy.
